This paper is a report on the result of development a student chart called SRMS (student relationship management system) and practical use since 1999. SRMS is the main component of educational and study support worker jobs at Tokai University Fukuoka Junior College. The record of operation of the SRMS over a long period is unparalleled, and the following effects ware obtained.
1) Confirming attendance management beyond my subject, 2) Decreasing mismatch in teaching by sharing student guidance history, 3) Guidance beyond the boundaries of academic advisors, 4) Quick response to inquiries from parents.
As a result, the following side effects ware also present. 1) Early detection of student which needs guidance, 2) Prove reliability to our educational systems, 3) Reduce increment dropout students.
