This report is continuous study of the Special Lecture “Munakata” that was reported in proceeding of the Tokai University Junior Colleges Vol.50.

Munakata city and Fukuoka prefecture aim to register “Sacred Island of Okinoshima and Associated Sites in the Munakana” for the 21st UNESCO World Heritage site in Japan.

The purpose of “Munakata 2” is for the students as fieldworkers to visit and research some shrines and tourist spots in the island of Oshima as a part of the Munakata. In cooperation with Munakata City Hall, through this fieldwork, the students are supposed to learn some technical skills of regional study and active learning.
