Faculty members both at high school and university/college have been eagerly working on their high school-university/college partnership programs these days. In compliance with their aims, we have been providing a remote teaching support system continuously each year for students at Fukuoka Prefectural Chikuho High School in order to help them pass "IT Passport Examination". This study shows that we need to take into consideration their abilities and the educational environment the school has for the purpose of improving the effectiveness and their satisfaction with our program. First, we show the content of our program in consideration of their motivation and abilities to learn and some educational and technical restrictions that could affect their learning. In addition, we identify what role each faculty members at the school and our college played in our program. Finally, this report describes what activities we had in class, and some more problems to sort out.
