This present paper reexamines a short-term intensive program or “Unit” conducted last year, which aims to provide consistent career education, enhancing students’ understanding of work and occupation. The focus is placed on 1) fostering their concepts of career and work step by step while supporting the significance of career choices and 2) finding ways to reduce turnover for young workers, both of which aims to cultivate positive work attitudes. The unit consists of lectures and activities such as talks on professional experience by our college graduates, a lecture given by a businessman and a game to support their self-analysis, helping them to effectively find their own "Career Identity".
