The report shows how this project study began, and also the learning system, which is called Holistic Learning System, of Tokai Fukuoka Junior College starting from 2012 April. The project study raises the students the basic attitude and skills which is from society request as much as possible. This paper introduces that one of the project study, “Sports for All,” and discusses how important the project study is. In other words, learn-by-doing teaching is one of the great educational systems to meet ”Shakaijin-kisoryoku” from Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, “Gakushiryoku” from Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology , and especially, social demands.
