Some Tokai alumni associations and the students at Fukuoka Tokai Campus have participated in the regional sports event “Munakata Yurix 24 Hours Ekiden” since 2010. This paper introduces how they have organized a team and united themselves through the sports event. It mainly deals with the problems of management of organization and organizational activation. It also suggests what the organization ought to be.
