Although we see the word “environment” in many fields, such as the media, it is problematical how much we actually consider environmental issues. The environment is a central theme of the class in outdoor theory and programs. The most important purpose of this class is not only the outdoor theory and knowledge, but also the outdoor program experiences, and the consideration of the environment. This report introduces what kinds of outdoor programs and shows, through the students’ reports, what they felt about the experiencing environmental education through the outdoor programs. In addition, this study shows the importance of experiencing outdoor programs continuously.
