Recently, there has been an increasing tendency in high school-college partnership program. However, for these programs, there are some problems such as the increase of teachers' workload. On the other hand, though e-Learning is increasingly used as a new educational system in self-study, it has been noted that some problems such as poor communication between teachers and students as well as the difficulty in maintaining the motivation of students still remain. In this paper, we examine the effectiveness for the improvement of the above-mentioned problems by using an e-Learning emphasized mentoring approach in high school-college partnership programs, and the potential for the expansion is shown. This time, the verification was carried out through the high school-college partnership program for supporting applicants of the Information Technology Engineers Examination in the high school.
